Do I have to book an appointment?

No, appointments are not mandatory. Clients are welcome to walk in and wait their turn

Is the booking fee and haircut cost included in the same price?

No, unless you book your haircut with our director your booking fee is paid online and your haircut is to be paid for on-site

How does the booking system work?

You select a day and time that best suits your schedule to get your haircut and the chair will be reserved for you. No waiting around, no queuing and no hassle!

What happens if I'm late for my appointment?

Can I pay with a credit/debit card in the barbershop?

Yes, we accept all card payments in store

Is there parking?

Yes, paid bays are located outside. First hour of parking is free

How much is a haircut?

We have a tier system in place that best reflects the skill level of each staff member ranging from apprantice to director. The price of your haircut will depend on the skill level of your chosen barber

How long will the wait be if I don't book an appointment?

Walk-in times can vary depending on the amount of barbers on the shop floor and how busy the barbershop is

General service times for haircuts range between 30-45 minutes but can vary depending on a few factors, type if haircut, type of hair, level of barber etc
